Sneak Zucchini On Your Neighbor’s Porch Day

It’s bumper crop time for the gardens, and many of us have ample garden goods that we just don’t have the time and space to keep. So Thomas Roy decided he’d declare “Sneak Zucchini On Your Neighbor’s Porch Day” to help lighten the garden stash, share some food and help it get eaten.

I know it’s Zucchini’s day to shine but I think we should take this as a reminder to share with our neighbors whatever we have a little extra of. May it be cherry tomatoes, some fresh flowers from your butterfly garden, a few fresh eggs, something from the collection of crafts you’ve made, some seeds or cuttings from your plants, some delicious zucchini bread you made with your zucchini (we have a delicious recipe here).

Whatever your garden, yard, home, studio has to share, share! It’ll make your neighbors and yourself smile. What are your favorite things to share? Let us know below!
